Project at a Glance
In 2020, the Lac du Bonnet CDC decided that the MyLdB website, the CDC’s sister site focused on Lac du Bonnet tourism, needed a redesign to better showcase all of Lac du Bonnet’s tourism assets.
The website needed a new look and tools to meet the tourism brand’s goals and objectives. The goal was to have more interactive photos and videos, engaging copy that would tell Lac du Bonnet’s story, and more content and information about what the Town and RM of Lac du Bonnet offer visitors. One objective was for the site to mimic the recognizable Travel Manitoba site layout: Things to do, Where to Stay, Places to Eat, and Blog Section.
With MyLdB’s goals in mind, the LM Creative Team designed the website to:
Showcase Lac du Bonnet’s tourism assets to potential visitors,
Incorporate more photos and videos to engage the audience. Photography and Videography services were needed to complete this task, and
Promote the use of the Driftscape App, where Lac du Bonnet has listings to promote the community.
